Liverpool player talks about finding 'stability' at Sevilla

In January 2023, Loic Bader joined Sevilla on loan from Rennes. In his first six months at the club, he made a significant contribution to the team’s success in the Europa League and, as a result, was signed permanently that summer.

Bader could have left Sevilla last summer, having received several attractive offers. The club were open to selling him, but in the end, the 24-year-old decided to stay at the Ramon Sánchez Pizjuán. Speaking to the media on Tuesday (via Marca), he explained his reasons for doing so.

“I have changed clubs several times in my career, but I feel good here. I need stability, I need to feel good about myself, and that is why I want to stay at Sevilla. For me, this is like my home, the best place to perform at my best.” Level.

Sevilla will be grateful for Bader’s continuity, as he has undoubtedly made the team better. However, they may find it difficult to keep him beyond the end of the season, especially with reports suggesting Liverpool are interested in signing him.
